I bought this car off of a impound lot title in hand. The car has a 396 big block in it with a TCI transmission of some sort, but it doesn't run. I'm not interested in keeping either in the car, and will be pulling it out soon. I crawled under it and noticed it had some really shitty floors, but now that I can buy a full floor pan for it I wasn't that worried about it. The frame is in great shape, and there are only a couple more problem areas that need some attention. I'm going to end up taking the body off the frame to have it all media blasted. I've already got to work gutting the car, as nothing will be stock other than the exterior body when I'm done with it. I'm going to build a autocross car out of it. The dash and interior will be completely custom as well. I've only had the car for a two days and this is as far as I got.

Get that edelbrock triangle of death air cleaner off of that engine before you do anything. And welcome, nice car.

I think I saw that car posted on Craigslist Detroit last week though I didn't have the time to take a look at it.
Looks like you have your work cut out for you. I've always liked the 84' and up Regal's and I'll be looking for one again in the near future.
Good Luck.
