Looks like a good setup, all OEM return-less systems use this same engineering. Eliminates the need for a return line and in-line regulator.

And using a US made pump vs. imported with Aeromotive.

Thanks for sharing this. I love this kit. It looks like it's a straight forward drop-in replacement for the factory sending unit. The problem is, I'm working on an El Camino. And, of course, GM used a different fuel tank in the El Camino and the station wagon. According to the Holley site, this kit will only work in the Malibu/Monte tank. This topic is very timely for me. I'm headed to the garage to cut into my factory tank to install the Aeromotive kit literally as soon as I post this. I really wish I could use the Holley kit. I'm really not looking forward to cutting that big 3 1/4" hole in my tank. 🙁
