Does anybody know where I can possible purchase some interior panels i.e. ( door-upper & lower, headliner board type)

Or you can get used ones from people here,or at a bone yard.
I have a set of descent lower chevy panels and arm rests. That can be dyed any color you need.
These pieces are for Chevy stuff, you did not mention what kind of car you where working on.

Don't all 2 door G bodies use the same lower door panels?

There is two styles, one with the carpet on bottom and one without. But yeah, they really do all use the same lowers.
