Morning guys! Just received the inner sweep yesterday for the drivers door. The original is stapled in...kinda thought the replacement would include hardware...but I guess not. Have you ever dealt with this? I guess Im gonna have to search the hardware bins for ones I hope will work.....
 
I suppose you can consider using small aluminum rivets...just a thought. I know the inner sweeps are stapled to that crappy plastic...if you breath on it wrong, it cracks.

Yup I did the same thing on my doors I used stainless steel staples arrow brand from the hardware store I counted the number of staples in the old sweep used a tiny bit in a drill drilled holes in the new sweep for the staples then removed the old sweep set the new one on clamped in place with squeeze clamps then used the drill again to go through the sweep and drill the door card then inserted the staples and clamped them down with a pair of flat tip pliers worked great and looked factory when I was done
