It may be a good deal, if you had a 455, but I don't think it will work on the 350.

alright i look some stuff up on it. i thought that they were interchangeable.

The 455 has a taller deck than the 350, so it is not going to work. You need to find a distributor from a 260-403.

If I could get the one out of my old 260 I'd sell it, but it is stuck in it pretty good, won't budge.

Saw this a little late......260-455 can use a common distributer. Differences may be only in the weights and springs for different timing curves. Sorry I didn't see this sooner.
