After many years of wanting one I officially own another G-Body. Looks worse than it is. The interior has all been removed but I have it all. It runs and drives. The only real issue I saw was the rear drive floor panel will have to be replaced.

Lol no, the total was $3600 and that was with having the car transported to the house so close enough I guess. I have the doors just have to put them back on. The only things that I have to source is the rear cowl piece and a rear bumper.

Congrats, just getting it up and running or have mod plans?

I eventually plan on swapping out the whole drivetrain and changing the interior color but for now I’m setting asymmetry delusions of grandeur and just going to get it up and running so I can enjoy it while I build up the capital needed.

So it appears that my hopes to use the vehicle a little before I start swapping motors has been dashed. It looks like I have a blown head gasket.

A blown head gasket? Sounds like it's time for a 383 to me.

Im not that bummed about it. The whole drivetrain was coming out eventually just was hoping to cruise around in it for a bit since it’s been over 15 years since I drove one.
