i went to the junk yard this weekend and took some pics. this is a really nice one by cicero and north ave. in chicago. its a 1/4 mile long and organised well. heres a sh*t-ton of pics:

did you grab the frame braces of the gp. I took the fender to core braces last week. and they were free 😀

You should grab those door panels......crank handles are so rare they bring premium price someone needs them..........

I haven't been to that yard by Walmart in about 5 years. There just isn't any fast way to get there from the south side. If you come across any 78-80 Regals, Cutlasses or Pontiacs let me know!

Dorman sells those crank handles in the "help section" of part stores for about $7 a pop if you didn't know.

i already have fender to core braces, i did see any more of them but i did see alot of f41 bars. its 4:50 am and im about to put out breakfast but today its supposed to be in the 50's so imma goto the yard again.

I just look for odds & ends that I can either save for a later date or something I can powder coat and make money on. Aluminum hoods, deck lids, 301 brackets & motor mounts, aluminum core supports, aluminum bumper mounts, Olds frame pads, sbc clamshells......just stuff like that. Otherwise there isn't anything I really need. But if you come across something plz pass the word. Thx!

If you're talking about the jounces bars underneath I have a set you can have. One of the bars has a nasty ding in it from whatever someone else ran over though :lol:

They're just hanging in my garage if you want them.

Let me elaborate a little......."crank handle style" door panels are rare..........I didnt mean the the handles themselves......you can get them on the help isle with the common door and window electrical switches....i just worded the second sentence wrong.......my bad........
