Well i had the day off today, So i decided to go "shopping" for parts for my car. I came across a Cutlass with the radiator hold down plate and a brand spanking new radiator. I paid the grand total of $35. 8) The radiator still had the tags on it and is the heavy duty one. The core is thicker than my stocker. After that i went to another yard they didn't have any g-bodys but they were full of cash for clunkers trade ins. I came across two 2wd Blazers with the dual piston calipers. It was a pain in the *ss to pull of the spindles cuz i didn't have the the right tools. But i got them off 5 minutes before closing time... I paid $80 for the spindles, calipers, hoses and brackets. I wish i had more cash to buy the other set but i spent some bill money already :? perfect winter project though.

Sounds like you had good hunting. So CFC got a lot of good cars off the road. I'm going to have to go hunting myself.

There was at least 20 of each Suburbans , Blazers, Grand Cherokees, Explorers etc etc most are suvs and trucks.. Kind of sad still cuz i'm in the market for a winter suv or truck. Some of those vehicles are really nice.. 🙁 But overall i had a good day.
