I went to a yard over in PA. Low and behold, there was an 80 LeMans. It had the 301 in it! Guess what I finally got? If any of you have been following my wagon thread, you know I've been looking for the engine mounts. Got 'em! Took some time, I had to pull them myself. I'm thankful my son was there to help me out. I was loosing my cool quick. It took a good 2.5 hours.

man that`s a good find, congrats 😀 My local yard has 3 g`s with 301`s but the owner won`t let me pull the mounts without buying the whole engine. I would love to have a spare or 2. Now get that engine back in the car. :lol:

The engines in, it just has the F-body mounts. I love driving it.

What about the core support? Was it aluminum???

Nice find, the 301s are hard to find still in a G body.
