So Ive been looking for an 82-87 Grand Prix with blue interior so I can snag the center console because mine is cracked in some spots around the gear shifter. So I took a looksy around this junkyard. The guy told me there was 1 grand prix out there somewhere.. So I looked around before I went to work.. I saw a 66 Ranchero, 56' Biscayne, a couple of 80's El Caminos, some old dodge trucks and a bunch of 90's crap cars, but I almost sh*t my pants when I walked in and the first thing I saw was a 1997 Oldsmobilwe Aurora in white with a smashed front right fender and hood. I was DEEPLY into auroras for a while.. Im even a member of the Aurora Club Of North America Forum.. www.Auroraclubna.com
Well after my hour and a half journey I was on my way out when I saw a 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo SS sitting near a fence.. It was pretty rough in the inside but not to bad outside, dash was in good shape and gage cluster was all there. tail lights were in preemo condition. Rims had a little rust.
After that I got in my car and left dissapointed because not only did I spill my Caramel Frappe on the floor.. but also because I did not find any grand prix's, As I drove out and head to work I saw a 1984 Grand Prix Brougham sitting on the other side of the fence!, It had like 50's in the rear! and it had brown interior pretty nice shape, had a bench seat but the passanger seat was a bucket? it had a v6, but it did have the little covers of the door pull on the door that covers the screw which I have been looking for, but No I did not pry them off and steal them.. I should of haha.
