Looking real clean, I got to ask what is on top of both fenders on both sides of the hood?

I think they are fiberoptic turn signal indicators. I have them on my 86 Cutty Salon, but they don't work. Also has some fiber optic indicators along the top of my rear window, viewable from the rear view mirror.

yea like he said lol it has 3 little led 1 for regular light 2nd for high beam n 3rd for turn signal

Yeah, i have those on my car also and they do work, I remember when i first got this car in '99 that was one of the first things i fell in love with

i've always wondered what they do, so they blink with the blinkers??

yes they do n also in side by the rear window on ontop of the headpanel there 2 little leds also that blink when i put my turn signal
