Labor time guide

Anyone have access to a labor time guide? I used to but don't any longer. Wondering if you could look up one operation for me. Thanks!

Vin number and what for?

his vin is a 13 digit one. i doubt it will work. and you shouldn't need it to get a labor time.

Alldata says .8 for lower steering shaft

Also says the bolt is a one-time use bolt, and requires replacement.
