I do.It's my home track....I live two towns away from it🙂 I like going on Wednesday nights cus it's only $13.oo to race or watch........Gets kind of pricey on the weekends though. nice man i raced one wednsday and i was runner up against sam capizzi in the yellow dart u go up there for the 1/8 mile nats?
I haven't made the 1/8 nationals yet...I think I'm a lil to slow for that...I run low 8'2 in the 1/8. But still not bad for a car that I drive there and home... 8)
hey man it aint bout bein the fastest its jus being consistant and cutting good lights i made it 6 rounds against guys that do it every week and i drive it an hour too to get there...i was running 7.60s and i was knocking people out left and right
Hey blk78malibu, we are like nieghbors! I live very close to o.p. Im just down the 219 off the rice rd. exit. I raced numerous times at empire but I ran my 89 mustang gt in the MOMS racing division. I sold the stang 4 yrs ago and I have only gone a few times after that to watch. Empire is a sweet track! As jbrue says, test and tune nights are cheap and fun! Lancaster im not really a fan of. I like 1/4 mile, more than 1/8th mile. I do work on a circle track late model pit crew and we often race at lancaster, but the track to me is run down. Hopefully someday I'll get my monte setup and maybe we can all go down to empire and beat on our cars some night!
