It's an auction, but has several sets of these. Pre-painted silver for 84 use, but if you paint them black, they'll fit 83 also. No dog in the hunt, If you need them for your H/O car or are doing an H/O hood scoop install on another car, you probably could use these. You'll still need to have (or make) that special little connector piece for where the two pieces meet at the front base of the scoop.
