no worry it is just a brocken spring. It is easy pizzy to change here goes first of get a new set of turn signal cansec springs from you're local parts supplier. Now that you are back home and read with a box of beers in the passenger seat. start by removing steering wheel. next depress the steering lock plate with a lock plate removing tool, remove the small clip that keeps the lock plate from shooting off , loosen lock plate tool remove lock plate. Now open a beer . Now remove the plastic thing that alows you're horn to work . Holy shiit there it is a brocken spring damn he was right wtf. now change the damn spring reassemble and get drunk . Good luck.
