im looking for a rear driver side quarterpanel patch for just the last 1.5 to 2 feet of the car due to the previous owner crumpling it into a yelllow parking pole resulting in a body pinch which was pulled out and can be worked but i have a welder and the knowledge of how to pop in a panel so why now

heres a pic

You would just have to get a whole new 1/4 skin. Not really any good way to section in a skin vertically like that in the middle of a panel, unless you want to put a gallon of filler on top the whole panel to hide the seam and welding warpage. They're available from Goodmark etc. now or have been for almost 10 years or so. Also a good time to treat/remove any rust forming in the original pinch-weld seams along the bottom.
On the other hand it really doesn't look THAT bad, I would just finish the metal as good as it would come out and skim it with filler. That is unless the metal is fatigued and ready to rip or something.
