Looking for side rubber molding

Looking for side rubber molding that goes down the body line of the car. I thought they were a dime a dozen but I was wrong. I tried ebay, CL, Dixie Monte Carlo, OPG. It's the last puzzle to my restored 1980 Malibu Classic 2 door. Please help me out on this one.

Check an autobody supply shop, they should have something close to match. Could even check Ebay. A GM p/n search could find NOS pieces, what was the original color? A nice intro & pics would be nice way to introduce yourself.

Sorry, Im steve. The profile pic is the Malibu im working on. All original. factory 4spd. The color of the molding was black with a chrome trim around it. It was stupid of me not to save the original i know. What did you mean by "NOS"?

Nice ride. I like your attention to detail. I do appreciate that molding you found on ebay. It's really close to original except the ends don't come to a point they were more squared off with a little bit of an angle and was about 3/4'' to 1'' tall. but the chrome and black was spot on.
