I need to find what rear axle would be a bolt-in for my '88 Cutlass with the 307, and start looking in the yards. It has 2.43's in it now I believe...Stupid!
Think that would be an easy weekend project, and at least the 15-year-old Honda Civics will no longer be able to beat me off the line.
Any tips on what too look for are appreciated. I'd prefer just to swap rears rather than pull gears apart. I have many U-Pull-It and Pick-A-Part yards close and rear ends are cheap there....just need to know what to look for.
