LS 1 engine swap to 86 442

Hey, I ran across a deal from a 2003 ram air Trans Am engine with harness and computer and was wondering will it mate up to a 200r4 transmission and could a 200R4 handle 360 plus horsepower? $2,000 for a low miles LS1 isn't a bad price is it?

That price is well up to you. A 5.3 or 6.0 with the same stuff is alot cheaper. And yes it will bolt on but you need a spacer to properly align the converter with the flywheel. I will link below one.
