How is the best way to handle the fuel supply using the LT1 injected engine?
I've thought of using the donor car pump / sensor in the El Camino Tank or using a Mercedes type pump filter set up with a regulator. I'm sure someone out there has done this swap before! Any Help?

You could use the LT1 pump in a 4.3 TBI El Camino tank. This gives you a baffled tank and a pickup you can use the LT1 pump on.

just remember the LT1 needs a return line for the constant feed to the injectors. this type of injection will not function properly on a dead headed pump type of fuel supply.

Well, I think the El Camino uses a special tank. Doesn't it have a 1/4 panel mounted filler door? If so, it would not work since the others use one that is hidden behind the license plate.
