This is what mad dog has listed on his site. Has anyone installed a set before? As you can see he states that his will fit a 301 with a small starter. I have a 455 with a heavy duty starter. I am trying to get an idea of what Im dealing with.

Auto trans, small starter, fits with factory 301 block and frame pads
Part #9170 - D-Port Heads, 1 3/4" primaries, 3 1/2" collectors.
A cleaned up coned outlet RA manifold is also a very good choice. Personally in a non stock ie non concors type restoration application such as a 455 in a gbody I would have to do the headers. But I would do it right the first time with good gaskets such as remflex and either properly paint them or get them coated.
