Got it! Now not really sure how to get the new one in. The push rod has to be at its highest? Should you turn the engine over? Should this go in easy or do you have to force it in and hold it while you put the bolts on?

It's been a while since I've had a fuel pump off, but if memory serves, even at it's highest point there is still some spring pressure on it, but you should be able to get the bolts started and pull it on that way. I'd also consider putting some grease on the contact points of the push rod and pump lever.
