I bought an Airtex fuel pump for my Buick 350 and it has two fittings, a 3/8 nipple and a threaded part. The nipple has the word IN stamped next to it, i assume that's the gas coming IN to the pump, then the threaded portion is the line going to the carb? Or is the IN going INTO the motor? Dumb questions, but necessary ones. Getting dangerously close to firing this beast for the first time.

Sorry the fuel pump picture is so small. I don't know how to enlarge it. Meanwhile, that engine though.

Ok thanks. 😀
