What clips or screws are use to hold it on the nose . I used nuts and bolts but is a long process ? What did they use when made ?

The factory uses a push pin clip like this but I used bolts and nuts on mine.

The 86/87 Turbo Buick air dams were bolts and nuts. You can look at U-nuts so you just need bolts once the U-nuts are clipped in place..

The plastic fasteners are used to hold it to the bumper itself but to the nose(and fender extensions) the factory used short 10mm bolts/clips and thin rectangular washers. I think I have a bag of used ones.

You could probably check at your local auto body supply store .
