I am wanting to know if anyone has tried to install a Monte Carlo wing on a regal. Any pics or info is greatly appreciated.

I bought a MC areo wing off of craigslist several years ago with this in mind...I think it'd look good, but I changed my mind on installing it (going for a t-type clone look for my Regal, decided to go with the Regal-style wing) - check out F3EX CLONE's build, he's got one on his Cutty:

I think some minor modification may be required, since the regal has a flatter trunk than the monte...but I don't think it'd be too hard...

Isn't there two different styles of wings on the montes? A stand up and a lay down style? I have a GN wing but am looking for something with a little more height on it. I am thinking the stand up monte wing is what I may go with. There is a guy local that has both I believe, I will have to check with him to see if he still has them. Yes, you are right, there are 2 different styles - there's a lay-down (i believe this is the aeo) and the stand-up one (monte SS wing) - I think I have the stand-up style, i'll have to check. I know Lauren Engineering also makes a taller than stock stand up one, if you want to check that out...(as far as i know mines not going anywhere (it's too nice to scrap) so if you still want it after the new year, LMK, I know what it's like buying parts around the holidays....
