it will probably run really well until the stock rearend explodes, which should be about the third or fourth time you really get after it 😀

Almost a mirror of the engine in my cutlass. Went 10.79 with a glide and 4.33 gears. You will need to upgrade the rear if you haven't already.

I have just what you need.... And I'm in Ga. so it's not like we're across the country from each other.
8.5 rear end with all the good stuff already in it....
Posted in the for sale section.....

Thanks for the tips turbo78.....

I'm liking it now all you need is a better rear end and a honda to race 😀

whats with the honda thing, why not something more on par like a GTO or a corvette or cobra or somethin

well you will have to understand were I'm from. around here its ricer gallor. there quite a few guys with the new corvettes, built chevelles, GTOs, and older mustangs. although we do race each other from time to time its way more fun to pick on the honda guys with their "engine swaps" expensive "tuning" and there coffey can exhausts. please excuse my honda hating but I just love to see then get annilated. and the car should be fast what rear end gear is in it?

373 posi i know the stock rear end will not last long but hopeful i will be able to save a little more money to get a better one thanks guys for the imput

when you get the new rear end are you gonna change gearing or stick with the 3.73?
