I was at O'Reilly s today and they had Murray Radiator for $89.99 and was wondering how that radiator was? If they're good or not worth buying?

Assuming plastic/aluminum construction? They seem to cool quite well.

If you're looking for a cheap China made unit that can cool a stock low performance engine when it's not scortching hot outside, then it would probably do. If you're looking for a unit that will last and cool a high performance engine in summer heat ( possibly with your AC running ) with no issues then the answer is probably no. There's a reason why that radiator only cost $90....

P.S. You never stated what engine you're trying to cool nor exactly what this 'Murry radiator' is.

Lol. Yeah I'm sorry about that. Ha it's for 350 sbc vortec heads, 292 comp cams. Pretty much a street racer. car doesn't have ac and I was looking at some jegs brand of radiators but thanks for clearing that up.

It will work for your application but I'm not sure about the quality since it's made with slave labour. But who knows, maybe it okay - most of our electronic stuff is made with slave labour in China. Not great for North America but works.

i bought one for a 90 camaro which is what people with grand nationals and t types buy instead of v8 g body radiator so it must be better. it was like 110 dollars at oreillys

Yeah I asked them for a 90 Camaro and they said they only had that brand for a 350 iroc so I was thinking about that brand or a jegs brand. I'm jus 21 and don't really know much yet ans building this car on my own and don't have a lot of money to get a name brand radiator. Thanks for helping me out

im 20 and not rich either i just put a stock 350 vortec in my car. how much was the iroc one when they asked me engine size i said 5.7 it might be that one
