This is my 85 Regal. I blew the Buick 350 in Oct 05 and its been sitting. A friend of mine had a SBC 383 with no home till spring, so we decided to put it in. Besides the Stroker, other equipment includes a Super T-10 trans, and a 8.5 with 3.90 gears. We are hoping for some trips down the 1/4 real soon.

Glad youns like it! We've been fighting transmission woes like crazy. I put in new Richmond gear Synchro assemblies and it still hits a wall going from 1-2. O well, I'll keep trying.

The hoodscoop is functional. I put that on there when I ran an aftermarket intake on the old Buick 350. Its equally neccessary for the tall intake on the SBC. Its a 1982ish Ford Mustang hoodscoop bolted on a stock hood. A cowl would work better, but this fit the budget.
