That might be brutal. Do you know who supplied the dealer with the T-tops? If they are still in business - I'd try and contact them and hope they can offer some advise. Also try some of the companies like Soft-Seal - I was looking for seals for my moonroof on the 87 and I recall them having a decent webpage with some custom profiles listed ... if this car is garaged all the time try cutting a decent profile (like 1" piece off the gasket) and take a picture of the side so one can get an idea of how it mounts and the general shape. At my work we do refrigerator door gaskets and daily have people request custom made ones. Unfortunately refrigerators have square corners - cars do not ... I am not sure how one forms the round corners or unwise non-straight formed lines, otherwise I'd suggest looking at our gasket selection (you never know what may work).

Heh, that was me putting in my new headliner 😀

The dealer can't help you on this. Get a hold of these guys:

The G-Body stuff isn't listed on the site but the last time I checked (albeit 10+yrs ago) they had it.

They bought all of C&C's inventory back in the day and if they don't have it, it just doesn't exist. It won't be cheap either. Sucks but that's just how it is 🙁

Try Steele Rubber Products. They used to be able to custom make molded rubber pieces like that if they had an intact sample.

Thanks guys that is more info then I could find on my own. Ill see what I come up with and tell u How it goes
