who makes these wheels and where would I go about getting adapters for them

what kind of special lug nuts and washers will I need

I would definitely not use any adapters to get these to fit your car with this unilug style wheel, if I remember these could fit up to 3 different bolt circles depending on which washer you used with offset/center lug holes
 
they are cragar mach 8s from the 70s

how can I get them to mount up to my grand prix

can I just mount them with the right washers?
 
Just take them to a good tire shop and they should be able to hook you up with the wheels an washers. I did that years ago with a used set of unilugs I picked up.
