So when I bought my 1979 GP it came with a stereo that was not hooked up. In fact the main harness was cut like if it was ripped away. I just need to know Where can I grab the Power, ilumination and Remote from? I like to see a picture of you original harness so that I can find mine please Thank You in advance.

For OE power, ground & lighting there should be what's left of a yellow (power), black (ground) & gray (lighting) to the rear of the radio's hole in the dash. They may also be coming out of the main harness at the same point or near the heater-A/C brown power & lighting gray & black wires & the orange & black lighter wires. There should also be paired tan & gray wires for the left front speaker, light green & dark green for the right side, light blue & dark blue for the rear right, brown & yellow for the left rear. The rear speakers will be a stand alone harness.

On the early G bodies it is 3 separate connectors like so. They plug in side by side in a single female connector.

Thank you very much, it was driving me crazy not to have any harness attached to the wires just hanging.
