Need help with Avatar

Hey guys just trying to figure out how to put an avatar on my signature. On other forums I use photobucket. My only problem is it keeps telling me size to large how do I make it fit.

find the pic you want: open it under photo shop. the place where u can draw on your pic and change the colors and stuff. then on the top of that screen well say tool's. chop it/ screw. then play with the #s

Haha! Like he said... You got to get a pic. Then go into edit...then go to image size. From there you enter the length, pixels....AND make sure the resolution dpi isnt too big! The dpi alone, will make it not work! I also like changing the file from jpg to png. You should be all set. Holler if you need more help!
