Needing to know if a 15x8 wheel with a 4 1/2 inch backspace will work with a stock 7.5 rearend. The tires im going to use is a 275-60-15 Mickey Radial. Im aslo using a rear swaybar.

You can try it but it will probably rub on the outer fender lip. You might be able to roll the lip under but it will still probably rub. You might look into a 4 3/4" back spacing. That will get your tire in but it might rub on the frame with that wide of a tire. I used to run a 265/50-15 on my stock 15x7 wheel and it rubbed the frame a bit. You won't know until you mount it up and see. The build consistency and wear and tear on frame bushings makes each car unique.
