Hello, all. Been a long time since I've been able to post as a G body owner, and now I'm finally back in the group the right way, as a participant rather than a spectator.
Picked up an 87 GN almost two years ago in very nice, original condition. It's a CF5 car with just a tick over 87k miles. It runs strong and is a blast.
The Malibu is a Mexican built 81 with a factory installed 350 and is pretty much loaded out with buckets/console, power windows and locks, cruise, tilt, and power antenna. It originally had 14" wire hubcaps but those had to go. I bought that one from the grandson of the original owner who inherited it and imported it into the US in 2012. He had all the original paperwork, all in Spanish, even noting the "5.7 litre" engine.
It's good to be off the sidelines again. It's gonna be a great summer.
