New from Mississippi

My name is Matt and I just joined... figured I would do the proper thing and introduce myself. I have had several g-bodies although most of them were cut up to make dirt cars 😳 But my days of ruining cars are over and I recently picked up an 86 Cutlass that will be turned into a drag radial car and not hacked up only to be bent and trashed. I'm sure I will have a pile of suspension questions as my build progresses and plenty of nice stock parts for sale as well 😀 Well here is the gem the day I bought it and I will make a build thread and try to update it as frequently as I can. Thanks!

Not too many gbody Cutlasses around here in Mississippi these days. I'm in the Mississippi Delta, near Greenville and it's hard finding stuff this way; gotta buy most of my parts outta state. Welcome to the site and good luck on your build.

Thanks! Yeah, the company I work for has stores all up through the delta and I travel through there frequently and hardly ever see any g-bodies sitting anywhere... I try to take different back roads everytime and look for these cars and any other ones I see that would make a good project but, not too many to be found.
