Hi, new user. I have a '86 442 with a swapped '69 Olds 350. Looking at headers for car, has a slightly higher than stock cam, has newer msd ignition, custom Hurst wheels

If you can find the Chinese stainless full length headers on Ebay, they are worth a shot. A member on here put them on his Olds powered Cutlass. They fit better than on my 70 Cutlass which they are listed for, 68 to 72 350 and 455. They do hang a bit low but are very well made. Otherwise Hedman and the very American Racing Headers are your full length options. There are also Sanderson, Thornton and Hedman shorties. The Thornton can use A body down pipes, the other two custom. A mini stater is also necessary for most Headers. Nice car and a great engine choice.

Flowtech ceramic...can usually find a new set someone didn't use on a project on FB market place...I have found 3 sets close to me
Do Flowtech still rust super quick? I had a set have rust spots then ceramic peeling within a year. Also they have pretty thin head flanges, I needed double gaskets to seal.

They aren't the best but I got these cheap on FB marketplace and frees up money for other parts...these are still looking good and always fit well. The flanges seem thick enough and I always use the copper gaskets they don't leak.

Those look good, if they fit and don't leak, along with adding probably 30 HP over stock exhaust, is all that counts.

Which brand? I tried a couple and ended up using Percy's Seal 4 Good aluminum gaskets at both ends because they actually sealed, unlike Mr. Gasket copper.
