The Ghetttos of So Cal
Hello forum members, Im a newb 2 the forum but not a newb 2 the GM world. This is now my 4th gbody. Its an 83 4door Malibu thats had a 350 crate installed by the PO, My intentions with this 1are. building a very budget oriented sleeper. A ford 8.8 are on the "2do list", exhaust cut out. shot of nitrous, and if and ONLY IF acquired on the cheap a 5.3 w/t 4l80e swap with an "ebay turbo" Yes thats right an ebay turbo. Im not looking 2 build a 4dr show car (i dont care how it looks)lol. Just something with some get up n go when in the mood

I had been wanting another gbody for some time now, Trust me the G body thing is something that doesnt go away no matter what else you get into. Ive already had an SS Monte, but ppl expect some go out of them, So my attention went almost solely towards Wagons and 4drs. On the one night i wasent looking I managed 2 find this on the cheap. It came from the Original owners, in the few weeks ive had it ive done small maintenance; Inner outer tie rods center link fuel pump Steering column etc, nezt is suspension. Looking into some stiffer springs. shocks. n sway bars progress will be slooooooow lol

Welcome aboard! That is definatley the perfect candidate for a sleeper.

Man, that's one clean 4-do'. I'd put a set of stock 15" steelies on it with dogdish caps. That looks to be in killer shape.

Thanx longroof. Trust me, I actually have been on the hunt for poverty caps. ive found a couple sets of 15in steelies, Didnt jump on the set i found last week n of course a day late or a dollar short is the story of my life lol
