Hello to all members. My first time on the forum. I am also known as "Jake the Guideman"
on the Miata forums. I make and sell teflon window guide kits for 90 to 05 Miata's.

My current ride is an 87 LS monte carlo 121K 79 Camaro 355 TH 350 W/ B&M 2500 stall converter.

This car has been a project Rat rod for over a year. It carries a long list of mods and custom upgrades.

I'm going to be in the hunt for some tuning tips and rear gear change data on the stock 2.41 GU1 code 10 bolt rear end.

Any members that can enlighten me on what options I can work with on this without a carrier swap please chime in....

Cars original drive train was a 305 and 200R4 14" stock steel wheels w/ wire basket caps.

Now running 225 -60 -15 on front and 255-60-15 on the back 2.41 rear gears are gutless and offer way too low RPM cruize
speed... I would like to run up to a 3.23 ratio - Any feedback would be awesome....

Cool ! We have family over in Saint Petersburg. Also the guy that bought my custom 91 Miata lives in Tampa.

Jeff Fitterman, He wanted it for autocross, Crystal white 91 Roadster with double blue racing stripes.

I hated to sell it but a job loss forced the sale. Many many hours of work went into this car. It was awesome.
