New member, old g body owner

Hey guys, joined up because local g body website sucks.

I have owned close to a dozen g bodies, 3 malibus, first car was a 18 malibu 2 door 267 car, swapped in a 350 in grade 10, the rest is history.

Currently own a 81 malibu wagon, was a cracked block original peice of crap when i got it.... missing heater, etc..

Now car has non ac heater box swap,

99 tahoe vortec 350, with edelbrock performer intake, custom carter carb to work with the 200 4r. has shorty headers, dual exhaust, lowering springs f&r, 17 inch and stock 14 inch rims...

Car is now flat black, shaved roof rack and all chrome painted black on sides... custom l88 corvette hood grafte donto malibu hood... Car is rust free on frame, from washington usa originally.

Owned it since March 2011, and finally going to be on the road tomorrow!! Pictures to come!

Stoked to join a great g body forum.

I have plans, such as to put a posi and gears in the 8.2 chevelle diff I have. Also, then I will need custom upper arms and sway bar... Going to save up for paint next...

Also going to be the proud owner of a 87 cutlass salon with t tops in a few weeks.

Welcome buddy, sounds like you into modding your cars to the max, my Cutty is a V6 made for cruising. This is a great forum, most people are willing to help even if you're asking about rims or appearance, I recently joined and was expecting people to give me sh*t for making a pimpmobile instead of a drag car, but everyone was very cool and helpful.
