Hello all, Im looking forward to exchanging ideas and stuff. Looks like just the site that I have been looking for. I like to learn and I like to listen so helpful advice is much appreciated. Anyways, I have had my ride for seventeen years and will never finish building it as there is always something I want to do.
1987 Cutlass Supreme 2-door T-roof
Burgundy inside and out (shiney and clean above and underneath)
Buckets and console
1979 Chev 350 bored .30 over
comp cam kit/2pc timing cover (in case I want to go bigger)
roller rockers
msd ignition
GM aluminum heads (ported/polished 58cc chambers)
performance aluminum intake
holley carb
edelbrock w/p
headers
350 turbo transmission/B/M shift kit (for the moment)
2400 stall
G-Force crossmember
True dual 2 1/2" exhaust
3.73 rear-end gears
295x15 tires (one wheel peel but Im changing that very soon)
So thats pretty much it, I think. Put most of it together myself with a little know-how and a 1/2 doz. manuals. I would be happy with low 13's this summer once the 700r4 and a limited slip carrier are put in. But that is just a guestimate as Im basing it on low 14's a few summers ago without all the goodies added. Its been a long road with this car and I have had to overcome all kinds of problems putting this together. Anyways, thats my story. Looking forward to meeting the members.
