well I'm starting it in a beginner league so I can't do that much. Pretty much a roll cage, fabbed dash, quick release steering wheel and straight shaft to replace the column, rebuild the sbc 305 that's in it, and add a plastic nose piece. Possibly rebuild the transmission as well but I haven't thought too much about it yet. Also, I have to do some minor patchwork on it where I took of the vinyl top. Later on I hopefully can afford a 8.5" rear to stick in there, but I'll have to stick with the 7.5" that's in there now.
Welcome to the site! Well just make sure you do not make the 305 to powerful for your 7.5! They can only handle about 350HP unless the rear was taken care of.
that 305 has to be pretty much stock so I doubt I'll do any damage...Tuggy24g said:
