Greetings to everyone on the forum. I`m a long time "car guy" from New York, and after many years of owning all kinds of muscle cars, I have decided that it`s time to build one that will take me back to my youth. In 1978, my father bought his first new car, and it was a Malibu Classic. I learned how to drive in that car, and had many adventures in it. After my dad passed away, my mom wrecked it, and it was junked. Now, I have decided to find a `78 Malibu, and re-create my dads old car. Of course, this one won`t have a puny 6 cylinder engine, and it will have air conditioning, which my dad was too cheap to spring for, LOL. I will keep everyone posted on my search, and I`ll try to dig out some pictures of the original car to post.
