No air thru defrost vents...

can someone tell me where the vent door that redirects airflow thru the defrost vents is on my Elky? That and possibly how to get to it?

Are you getting vacuume to the heat defrost control shouldn't there be a vacuume line going into work the servo du-floper thing lol number 33 in picture ?

If I'm seeing your diagram right then I'm guessing if I remove the the glove box and find the "33" vacuum actuator I'll find what's wrong. I don't think I'm lacking vacuum there but I'll check. Thanks for the diagram!
