No heat on high?

Do you mean that the blower motor isn't blowing when you switch it to hi? If that's the case, it's a shitty resistor, they're in the heater box right by the fan. If you mean just temp-wise, it'll be a problem with your heater core or the valve most likely.
 
Also don't forget that power for the blower high setting comes directly from the power terminal on the starter. The dashboard switch activates a relay by the blower motor, and this relay gets power from the starter and provides it directly to the blower motor. The connector between the relay and the starter has been known to melt.
 
Look for the large red wire on the passenger side of the engine compartment.

If you just performed an engine swap then you likely forgot to plug this wire back in. It's the most common reason (after an engine swap anyway) that the high fan setting doesn't work.

doesnt anyone have a pic of this wire..like an under hood shot? mines been the same way for about 4 yrs.
