PONTIAC no lights

I have a 1984 Pontiac Bonneville. The other day I noticed my reverse lights are not working. I tested the switch on the steering column which shows power when switching into reverse. The bulbs work but still not working when shifting into reverse. What should look at next?

Look at the harness connector in the trunk. The aluminum wires in the front to rear harness easily get corroded & break.
