No spark 1983 3800v6

Ive got a 1983 cutlass supreme 3800v6 cali emissions.
It spun a rod bearing years ago, we did a full rebuild on it recently, got it back in.
Now ive got a no spark issue. replaced the icm and coil, still no spark. So i checked the battery terminal on the harness plug, that plugs into the coil/distrubitor and it shows 0.005 volts with the key in the on position and while cranking. So obviously ive got no power going to the coil.
Ive checked the fuses they are good and cant find an issue.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Check the power coil wire every 4-6 inches until you find the break in it.

You may have pinched it reinstalling the engine.

Thats kinda what i figured, since there is no crank angle sensor on these setups, so thats ruled out.

Could always try a jumper wire from the battery to the distributor to test it
