sorry about that, i meant who deserves it the most amongst those who don't deserve it. (however i was remembering incorrectly when i put down carter. he actually did something that qualifies and probably DOES deserve it.) the others got it for complete bullshit, but was there any redeeming factor for their awards?

just looking at the few i know won, and deserved it---teddy roosevelt for ending the was between russia and japan, mother theresea, and carter for the camp david accords, and then seeing these 3 *ssh*les (and one guy who basically just gave in)...
