North American Auto Companies and Taxpayers

The Ontario Provincial government and Federal government of Canada are stakeholders in GM and Chrysler. Since the money provided to these companies were taxpayer's dollars, does this mean that we can eventually see some kind of dividend or payout? Maybe we'll get discounts for purchasing their cars?

Wishful thinking...if any profit was made, it would be spent on more useless social programs and not given back to those who actually pay into the system.
