Notice that this is not yet posted in for sale/trade. I spent good money three years ago putting spiffy cross-drilled 10.5 G body rotors and new calipers on the wagon. Cleaned and painted the factory spindles and dust shields. Now I am likely going to go with S-10 front spindles, rotors and calipers. Is there any interest in my time and money spent?

big question will come down price and brand of products. also are they metric or standard spindles. they use different bearings. learned this from a set of new rotors my dad gave me.

Depends on what your trying to get for them? Compared to what the blazer set up. You might not get as much as the blazer set up is going for.

Use the set up you have now and swap spindles out when it's time to redo the brakes. I have all kinds of new parts for the stock brakes and just recently got some Blazer spindles and I doubt anyone wants to buy the parts I have when upgrading to Blazer spindles and bigger brakes is a better option. You already paid for it and you'll never get back what you paid into it so you might as well use them and get the most for your dollar that way and upgrade later.

My goal in posting this was to see if there were any new members/new acquisitions out there on a budget that would want to upgrade their brakes. I'd rather not throw all this work (and money) in the trash. They are holding up the car at the moment, so I am not in a hurry. Trades considered.

The calipers are A1 Cardone rebuilds. The rotors are Powerstops. The brake pads are Raybestos Severe Duty. The bearings are all brand new Timkens. Ironically, the effort in cleaning and painting the spindles is the major personal investment here.
