This was a really cool video I just ran across. It is a German TV show where a Austin Mini van with a Honda VTEC engine is racing a Porsche 911 Carrera on the Nurburgring. (Those who have played GT will know what it is). Driving the Porsche is Sabine Schmitz, aka the ring taxi driver. She has held the lap record on the track since she was 19. Anyhow, the video is amazing in that the new Porsche is getting owned on several occasions by a home built hot rod made from a late 50's British subcompact design that is a little smaller than a Geo Metro.

Also, the Mini is sort of famous too as it is known as the Ringmini. The guy who built it also built a go cart with a Hayabusa engine in it!
